For each page of measurement data, a page will be provided with detailed descriptions of all the columns because, the headings, by necessity, are quite terse. [Version 1.3]

All tone hole data will be given from both the center and edge to both the top and bottom as well as, in some cases, the tenon. [Version 1.3]

In an attempt to clarify what is measurement data and what is the result of calculations, all data which is based on something else (whether a simple reference, an interpolation or a calculation) will be shaded. In addition, such derived data will in the case of bore data be placed in a separate page. [Version 1.3]

New measurement data for Schlegel (Piguet Nr. 3) and Rottenburgh (Piguet Nr. 02) Hautboys.

There are now separate pages for each instrument which will include:

Instrument Maker, Name, Collection and Collection ID

Where the instrument was made and the date of manufacture if known.

Body, fitting (if there are separate fittings) and key materials; Number of keys.

Notes about the instrument in general; physical descriptions; historical information etc.

Haynes Pitch Category, Nominal Key, values and notes about pitch and intonation together with the source and qualifications

The "Instrument Home Page" now contains:

Maker and Instrument Name (i.e. Hautboy, Hautbois d'amour etc.)

Collection and Collection ID (which is a link to a page for data devoted to the instrument by itself).

The Halfpenny/Haynes/Adkins Type and the Haynes Pitch Category

Instrument ID i.e. The ID string which will sometimes be used to designate this particular instrument.

The "Measurement Home Page" now contains the following:

Maker (which is a link to more detailed information on the instrument maker's page)

Instrument Name (i.e. Hautboy, Hautbois d'amour etc.)

Collection and Collection ID (which is a link to a page for data devoted to the instrument by itself).

Measurement i.e. the name of the person who performed the measurement. This name will be a link to the measurement home page from which the rest of the measurement data is accessed.

Total Length, Acoustic Length, Sounding Length, Min. Bore i.e. minimum bore, Bore Scaling and Tone Holes i.e. Aggregate Tone Hole Size

Measurement ID i.e. The ID string which will sometimes be used to designate this particular measurement also a link to the measurement home page).

New home pages for each measurement with the following information:

Measurement ID and repeat of Total Length, Acoustic Length, Sounding Length, minimum bore, Bore Scaling, and Aggregate Tone Hole Size.

Access to all the pages for that particular measurement

Lengths of individual joints and total length. Notes on Physical Attributes and the Measurement (i.e. date, temperture, humidity and any other info about how the measurement was done).

Socket and Tenon data (the separate page for socket and tenon data has been removed)

Scanned images of the drawings

New column headings, more terse but less inaccurate as well. Detailed discussion of the column headings and their meanings has been places in new detailed heading (column) descriptions. Changes in the instrument home page, the measurement home page and the addition of the new individual measurement home page are also reflected.
